These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the supply of menopause health testing services by Hysteron Ltd ("Hysteron", "we", "us", "our") through our marketing website (hysteron.co.uk), our authenticated application (app.hysteron.co.uk) and any related services (together, the "Services").
By creating an account, starting a Plan, purchasing a Single Test or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.
These Terms contain important information about your legal rights and obligations, including your right to cancel, the Minimum Term of the Plan, and the extent of our liability to you. Please read them carefully before you place an order.
Company name: Hysteron Ltd
Company number: 15774204 (registered in England and Wales)
Registered office: 20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU
Contact email: info@hysteron.co.uk
ICO registration number: ZB900497
Your order is an offer to purchase the Services on these Terms. A contract between you and Hysteron comes into existence when we confirm acceptance of your order by email. We will send that confirmation to the email address registered to your account, together with a copy of, or a link to, these Terms as they applied on the date of your order.
We may amend these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law, in our Services or in the way we operate. We will notify you of any material change by email or through the platform before it takes effect.
Where you hold a Plan, any change that affects your price or the substance of the Services you have purchased will take effect only at the start of a Billing Month, and we will give you at least 30 days' notice before that Billing Month begins. Where the change is an increase in your price, or otherwise leaves you in a materially worse position than under the agreement you entered into, you may cancel your Plan before the change takes effect, whether or not your Minimum Term has ended, and you will not pay the increased price. Clause 6.6 sets this out in full.
For all other changes, your continued use of the Services after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
In these Terms, the following words have the meanings set out below.
Billing Month means the monthly period beginning on the day of the month on which your first Plan payment is taken, and each monthly anniversary of that day. Where a month has no corresponding day, the Billing Month begins on the last day of that month.
Blood Draw means the taking of your venous blood sample by a qualified phlebotomist.
Collection Route means the method by which your Blood Draw is carried out, being either at a partner clinic or by a phlebotomist who visits your address. Your Collection Route determines the price you pay.
Introductory Offer means any reduced price, discount or promotional code offered for a limited period or to a limited number of customers, as described in clause 5.6.
Minimum Term means the first twelve Billing Months of your Plan, running from the date of your first payment, as extended by any pause under clause 7.6.
Plan means the ongoing monthly subscription described in clause 5.1, under which you pay a monthly fee and receive a Test Entitlement on your first payment and on every sixth payment thereafter.
Single Test means the one-off purchase of one test, described in clause 5.2, with no ongoing commitment and no further tests included.
Test Period means each block of six Billing Months that begins with a payment on which we grant you a Test Entitlement, being payments 1 to 6, 7 to 12, 13 to 18 and so on.
Test Entitlement means your right to one complete test, comprising a Blood Draw by your chosen Collection Route, laboratory analysis and your health report. A Test Entitlement is unclaimed until your Blood Draw takes place, and claimed once your blood has been drawn.
Website Price means the price for the relevant Service, for your chosen Collection Route, as displayed on our website and at checkout at the time you place your order.
Hysteron measures the five body systems that change through perimenopause and menopause. We offer one test, and it covers all five.
The Hysteron test: clinical-grade venous blood testing across 41 biomarkers in five systems, being Hormones, Bone, Heart and Metabolism, Stress, and Nutrition.
Tracking over time: reference ranges are drawn from populations and show whether a result sits within a broad band. They cannot show whether something has changed for you. Your first test establishes your personal baseline, and we read each subsequent test against that baseline so that you can see the direction of change as well as your position within a range.
Digital health reports: personalised, evidence-based information about your results, presented in the context of the questionnaire answers you have given us, including your cycle and the stage of perimenopause or menopause you have told us you are at.
Educational resources: information about perimenopause, menopause and women's midlife health.
Appointment coordination: access to a network of partner clinics and mobile phlebotomists for your Blood Draw.
Important
Hysteron is not a medical service. We provide health information for educational and informational purposes. Our results and reports show you what your biomarkers are doing and give that information context. They do not diagnose, confirm, screen for or rule out any condition.
Our Services:
are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
do not create a doctor-patient relationship.
do not include diagnoses, prescriptions or treatment plans.
do not include any emergency medical service.
You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional about any medical question, symptom or condition. If you think you may need urgent medical attention, contact NHS 111 or, in an emergency, call 999.
We aim to provide the Services without interruption but we cannot guarantee that they will be available at all times. We may suspend or restrict access to the Services for scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, technical issues beyond our reasonable control, or legal or regulatory reasons. Where possible, we will give you reasonable notice of planned downtime.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our testing services. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
To order a test, you must:
provide accurate, complete and current information.
keep your account credentials secure.
notify us without delay of any unauthorised access to your account.
accept responsibility for all activity carried out under your account.
We may suspend or close an account where the account holder has provided false information or has materially breached these Terms. Clause 12.2 sets out what happens to any Test Entitlement in that case.
The Services are available only to residents of the United Kingdom.
You can buy the Services in one of two ways. Each is a different kind of agreement, and different provisions of these Terms apply to each.
The Plan is an ongoing monthly subscription. You pay the monthly Website Price for your chosen Collection Route. The Website Price includes VAT and your Blood Draw, and there is no separate booking fee.
The Plan provides two tests in each twelve-month period. We grant your first Test Entitlement as soon as we take your first payment, so you may book straight away. We grant a further Test Entitlement on every sixth payment thereafter. Clause 7 sets out how Test Entitlements work.
The Plan runs for a Minimum Term of twelve Billing Months. After the Minimum Term, the Plan continues on a rolling monthly basis until you cancel it. It does not renew into a further fixed term. Clause 7.6 explains how you may pause the Plan.
How the Plan differs from a Single Test. A Single Test shows you where you are at one point in time. The Plan is a tracking service. You pay for a continuing service in which we read each new result against your own earlier results, and the tests are the means by which we deliver it. For this reason a Test Entitlement has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred (clause 7.7).
Across a six-month period, the Plan costs less per test than buying the same test as a Single Test. Our website shows the current prices of both options side by side.
The Single Test is one test, purchased once, with no ongoing commitment. You pay the Website Price for a Single Test on your chosen Collection Route. The Website Price includes VAT and your Blood Draw.
A Single Test gives you one Test Entitlement and no further tests. You keep access to your results and your dashboard after your test.
You choose your Collection Route when you place your order.
If you hold a Plan, you may ask to change your Collection Route at any time by contacting us at info@hysteron.co.uk or, where the option is available, from your account settings. The change takes effect from the start of your next Billing Month, and your monthly price changes to the Website Price for the new Collection Route from that date. A change of Collection Route does not affect your Minimum Term, your Test Entitlement balance or any other right under these Terms.
If you have already booked an appointment, a change of Collection Route will require you to rebook. Clause 8.2 explains how booking works.
Every test, whether taken under a Plan or purchased as a Single Test, includes:
a clinical-grade venous Blood Draw at a partner clinic or by a phlebotomist who visits your address, according to your Collection Route.
laboratory processing by a UKAS-accredited laboratory.
a digital health report covering all 41 biomarkers.
access to your personal results dashboard, including tracking over time.
access to our educational resources.
Before you commit to a Plan, we will display together, and with equal prominence, the monthly price for your chosen Collection Route and the total amount you will pay across the Minimum Term. Where an Introductory Offer applies, that total will reflect the prices you will actually pay, including the price that applies once the offer ends. We will also show you the length of the Minimum Term, how often you will be charged, how many tests you will receive and when, and how to cancel.
At the final step of checkout, you will be asked to confirm that you understand you are agreeing to a recurring payment.
We may from time to time make Introductory Offers available, including a reduced monthly price for a limited number of Billing Months or for a limited number of customers. The terms of each Introductory Offer, including its duration, the price that applies once it ends and any limit on the number of customers, will be shown on our website and at checkout before you commit.
Where you join a Plan under an Introductory Offer:
your Plan will move automatically to the standard monthly Website Price for your Collection Route at the end of the offer period, as shown to you at checkout.
the Introductory Offer does not change your Minimum Term or any other provision of these Terms.
we will remind you by email before the offer period ends.
Discount codes, including codes issued by our affiliate partners, apply to Single Test purchases only unless the code states otherwise. They cannot be applied to a Plan. Only one discount code may be used per order, and codes have no cash value.
Starting a Plan. When you start a Plan, you enter into an ongoing agreement. You authorise us to take a payment from your chosen card in each Billing Month until the Plan ends. You confirm that you have seen the monthly price and the total payable across the Minimum Term, and that you understand the Minimum Term.
Buying a Single Test. When you buy a Single Test, you make a one-off purchase and authorise a single payment. Nothing recurs and nothing renews.
In both cases:
you confirm that all information you have provided is accurate.
your order is subject to our acceptance under clause 1.2.
we may decline an order, for example where we are unable to supply the Services to your location or where we reasonably suspect fraud. If we decline an order after taking payment, we will refund you in full.
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the applicable rate. The price you pay is the Website Price at the time you place your order. Clause 6.6 explains what happens if we change the price of a Plan.
If we discover an obvious error in a price displayed on our website, we will contact you before accepting your order, and you may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.
Plan. We accept major credit and debit cards through our payment processor, Stripe. When you start a Plan, you set up a recurring payment authority, which permits us to take your monthly payment from that card automatically. You may update your card at any time from your account settings. Klarna is not available for the Plan.
Single Test. We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe, and Klarna. Where you pay through Klarna, your agreement with Klarna is separate from your agreement with us, and Klarna's own terms apply to it.
We must receive payment before we confirm any appointment. Clause 6.5 explains what happens if a Plan payment is not successful.
We do not store your payment card details. You enter your card details directly into Stripe's secure payment form, and they are never sent to or stored on Hysteron's servers. Stripe is certified to PCI DSS Level 1. Where you set up a recurring payment authority, Stripe holds that authority and we hold only a reference to it.
If a Plan payment is not successful:
we will notify you by email and attempt the payment again over the following days.
while your account is in arrears, you will not be able to book a new appointment. Any appointment you have already booked will go ahead.
if the payment remains unsuccessful after our final attempt, your Plan will end and we will confirm this to you by email.
if your Plan ends in this way during the Minimum Term, any Test Entitlement you have already been granted remains available to you for 90 days, on the same basis as clause 9.6.
We do not charge any fee in these circumstances. There is no late payment fee, failed payment fee, reinstatement fee or early termination charge. There is also no missed appointment fee, although clause 8.5 explains what happens to your Test Entitlement if you miss an appointment.
We will not increase the monthly price of your Plan during your Minimum Term. The move from an Introductory Offer price to the standard Website Price, as shown to you at checkout under clause 5.6, is not a price increase for the purposes of this clause.
After your Minimum Term, we may change the monthly price of the Plan. If we do, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect, and the change will take effect only at the start of a Billing Month.
If the change is an increase, you may cancel your Plan at any time before it takes effect and you will not pay the increased price. Cancellation in these circumstances is free of charge, and clause 9.6 applies to any Test Entitlement you hold.
Price changes never apply to payments already taken.
Your Plan runs for a Minimum Term of twelve Billing Months from the date of your first payment. You may not cancel the Plan during the Minimum Term except:
under your statutory right to cancel within fourteen days (clause 9.2).
following notice of a price increase, or of any other change that leaves you in a materially worse position than under the agreement you entered into (clauses 1.3 and 6.6).
where we have failed to provide the Services as described (clause 9.9).
where you move permanently outside the United Kingdom. Clause 4.3 limits the Services to UK residents, so we would be unable to continue providing them. If you notify us, we will end your Plan at the end of the Billing Month in which we receive your notice.
If you need to stop for a period rather than leave, clause 7.6 allows you to pause your Plan. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights.
At the end of the Minimum Term, your Plan continues on a rolling monthly basis at the price then applicable. It does not renew into a further fixed term. You may cancel at any time under clause 9.3, with effect from the end of the Billing Month in which you cancel.
Each Test Entitlement is paid for by the six payments in its Test Period. Clause 9.3 explains what you pay if you cancel part way through a Test Period, which depends on whether you have used the test for that period.
We grant you a Test Entitlement:
when we take your first payment, and
on every sixth payment thereafter.
This means you receive a Test Entitlement on payments 1, 7, 13, 19 and so on, giving you two tests in every twelve months on the Plan. Each Test Entitlement is granted at the start of its Test Period, and the six payments in that Test Period pay for it.
Your first Test Entitlement is available immediately, so you may book your first appointment as soon as you have joined. You are not required to use a Test Entitlement at the start of the period in which it is granted. Clause 7.4 explains what happens to a Test Entitlement you have not yet used.
An unclaimed Test Entitlement rolls over from one period to the next and does not expire while your Plan is active.
You may hold a maximum of two unclaimed Test Entitlements at any one time. If you already hold two when a further Test Entitlement would otherwise be granted, we will not grant that further Test Entitlement and your balance will remain at two. Your monthly payment does not change and no credit accrues.
We will notify you when you hold two unclaimed Test Entitlements, so that you can book before this happens.
We recommend leaving at least 90 days between Blood Draws. Your account will show how long it has been since your last Blood Draw.
Biomarkers change gradually. Two samples taken close together are likely to reflect ordinary day-to-day variation rather than a meaningful change, and an interval of around three months allows a more informative comparison between two of your results.
This is guidance and not a restriction. You may use a Test Entitlement, or purchase a Single Test, sooner than 90 days after your last Blood Draw. Before you book, we will tell you how long it has been since your last Blood Draw and what that is likely to mean for your results. The decision is yours.
You may pause your Plan for up to two Billing Months at a time, once in any twelve-month period. To request a pause, contact us at info@hysteron.co.uk or, where the option is available, use your account settings. Your account must be up to date with payments for a pause to begin.
While your Plan is paused:
we will take no payments.
you will not be granted any new Test Entitlement.
any Test Entitlement you already hold remains available and does not expire.
your Minimum Term is extended by the length of the pause, so the total number of payments you make during the Minimum Term does not change.
Your Plan restarts at the beginning of the Billing Month after the pause ends, and we will notify you by email before it restarts.
A pause does not cancel your Plan and does not reduce the number of payments due. Clause 9 explains how to cancel.
A Test Entitlement is a right to receive a test. It is not money, it has no cash value, it cannot be exchanged for a refund or credit, and it cannot be transferred to another person.
Your blood sample must be collected by venous Blood Draw carried out by a qualified phlebotomist, either at a partner clinic or at your address, according to your Collection Route.
You may book an appointment while you hold an unclaimed Test Entitlement. On a Plan, this means you will book around twice a year.
Your account shows at all times how many Test Entitlements you hold and, where relevant, the earliest date on which you may book. Appointments are arranged through our laboratory partner, Nationwide Pathology, and their network of clinics and phlebotomists. We will send you booking instructions when a Test Entitlement is granted.
A Test Entitlement is claimed when your blood is drawn and not when you book. If you cancel or move an appointment before your Blood Draw takes place, the Test Entitlement returns to your balance.
You cannot book an appointment while your account is in arrears (clause 6.5). Clause 7.5 explains the information we will give you about timing before you confirm a booking.
We arrange your Blood Draw and laboratory analysis through Nationwide Pathology, a UKAS-accredited laboratory, and its network of clinics and mobile phlebotomists. These providers carry out the Blood Draw and the analysis of your sample on our behalf.
We remain responsible to you for providing the Services with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including appointment availability at a particular clinic or at a particular time.
If you have a concern about your appointment, your Blood Draw or the conduct of a clinic or phlebotomist, please contact us at info@hysteron.co.uk and we will raise it with the provider concerned. You may also contact Nationwide Pathology directly using the details provided when you book.
The laboratory may request a new sample if your sample is insufficient, damaged, contaminated or fails quality control checks. We will arrange a replacement Blood Draw at no additional cost, and it will not use a further Test Entitlement.
We do not charge a missed appointment fee. Your Test Entitlement is unaffected and remains in your balance, so you may book again.
Where a clinic or phlebotomy provider charges us for a missed appointment, we will absorb that cost. If you repeatedly miss home visit appointments, we may ask you to book at a partner clinic instead. If that happens, your monthly price will change to the Website Price for a partner clinic from the start of your next Billing Month, so that you do not pay the higher price for a Collection Route you are not using.
All samples are analysed by Nationwide Pathology, a UKAS-accredited laboratory accredited to ISO 15189.
Your results are normally available within 3 working days of your sample reaching the laboratory (please allow up to 7 working days in case of delays).
We will make your results available through your secure account and notify you by email when they are ready. We do not provide results by telephone.
Each set of results carries the following notice: these results are provided for information. Please discuss them with your GP or another healthcare professional.
Your results reflect your biomarker levels at the time your sample was collected, and biomarker levels vary naturally over time.
A single result shows where you sit against a population reference range. Two results, taken a suitable interval apart, show how your own levels are changing. The Plan grants a Test Entitlement every six payments for this reason, and clause 7.5 recommends an interval of around three months between Blood Draws.
This clause describes two separate rights. The first is your statutory right to cancel within fourteen days, which applies at the start of every contract and which nothing in these Terms removes. The second is your contractual right to cancel a Plan after the Minimum Term. The two rights are independent of each other.
Summary: you have fourteen days to change your mind. If your Blood Draw has already taken place, you remain liable for the value of the test you have received. On a Plan, this means you pay the balance of that value over what you have already paid. Clause 9.4 sets out the calculation in full.
If you are joining the Plan, by confirming this statement you acknowledge that you are agreeing to a recurring monthly payment and a twelve-month Minimum Term, you ask us to begin providing the Services during the cancellation period, and you accept that if you cancel within fourteen days after your Blood Draw has taken place, you will pay the value of that test under clause 9.4, and you authorise us to take any balance due from the card you used at checkout.
You may cancel your contract within fourteen days, beginning on the day after the day on which your contract is formed under clause 1.2. You do not need to give a reason.
To cancel, email info@hysteron.co.uk from the email address registered to your account, or use the cancellation option in your account settings where it is available to you. You may also use the model cancellation form set out in Schedule 3 to the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, although you are not required to do so.
The amount refunded depends on whether your Blood Draw has taken place. Clause 9.4 sets this out.
Once your Minimum Term has ended, you may cancel your Plan at any time by the methods described in clause 9.7. Your Plan will end at the end of the Billing Month in which you cancel. Payments already made are not refundable, because they paid for the months of service you have received.
What happens next depends on whether you have used the test for the Test Period you are in when you cancel.
If your blood has been taken for that test, you pay the remaining payments in that Test Period, so that the test is paid for in full. We will email you a statement and take the balance from your card under clause 9.4.
If your blood has not been taken for that test, you pay nothing further and the Test Entitlement for that Test Period lapses when your Plan ends. If you would rather keep it, you may instead choose to pay the remaining payments in that Test Period, and the Test Entitlement will then remain available to you for 90 days under clause 9.6.
If you cancel at the end of a Test Period, after its sixth payment, there is nothing further to pay.
Any earlier Test Entitlement whose Test Period you have paid in full remains available to you for 90 days under clause 9.6.
When you cancel | Blood Draw taken place | Outcome |
|---|---|---|
Within 14 days of starting a Plan or purchasing a Single Test | No | Full refund of all amounts paid. Any Plan ends and recurring payments stop. |
Within 14 days | Yes | You pay the value of the test supplied (see below). We deduct what you have already paid. Where you have paid less than that value, we take the balance from your card. Where you have paid more, we refund the difference. Any Plan ends and recurring payments stop. |
From day 15 to the end of the Minimum Term, on a Plan | Either | No refund of payments already made. The Minimum Term applies and monthly payments continue until it ends, unless your Plan ends earlier under clause 6.5 or clause 7.1. |
From day 15 onwards, on a Single Test | Either | No refund, other than under clause 9.9. |
After the Minimum Term, on a Plan | Yes, for the current Test Period | You may cancel at any time. Past payments are not refunded. You pay the remaining payments in the current Test Period (clause 9.3). |
After the Minimum Term, on a Plan | No, for the current Test Period | You may cancel at any time. Past payments are not refunded and nothing further is due. The unused Test Entitlement for that Test Period lapses, unless you choose to pay the remaining payments in it and keep it (clause 9.3). |
Value of the test supplied. On a Plan, the value of the test supplied is six times the monthly price you are paying under your Plan at the time of your Blood Draw, including any Introductory Offer price. This is the price a test carries on your own Plan, and it is lower than the Website Price of a Single Test. On a Single Test, the value of the test supplied is the price you paid.
You pay for the test supplied because you asked us at checkout to begin providing the Services during the cancellation period (clause 9.1).
How we collect any balance. Where the value of the test supplied exceeds the amount you have paid, we will email you a statement showing the value of the test, the amount you have paid and the balance due, and we will take that balance from the card you used at checkout no earlier than 7 days after sending it. If that payment is unsuccessful, we will contact you to arrange payment. This is the only amount payable on cancellation. We charge no cancellation fee and no further monthly payments.
We will process any refund due within 14 days of receiving your cancellation, using the payment method you used for the original transaction.
Nothing in this clause affects your right to a refund where we have failed to provide the Services as described (clause 9.9).
The following examples illustrate how clause 9.4 operates.
Example 1. A customer joins the Plan with home collection. We take her first monthly payment and grant her first Test Entitlement. She books an appointment and her Blood Draw takes place five days later. Four days after that, she cancels. She is within her fourteen-day cancellation period, so she is entitled to cancel. She has paid one monthly payment and has received a complete test, which her Plan values at six monthly payments. She therefore pays the balance of five monthly payments, which we take from her card after sending her a statement. No further monthly payments are taken, her Plan ends, and she keeps her results and her report.
Example 2. A customer joins the Plan with a partner clinic. We take her first monthly payment. She does not book an appointment, and nine days later she cancels. She is within her fourteen-day cancellation period and no Blood Draw has taken place, so there is nothing to deduct. We refund her first monthly payment in full and her Plan ends.
Example 3. A customer joins the Plan in January and has her first test in February. In May she decides not to continue. Her Minimum Term runs until the following January, so she cannot cancel at that point and her monthly payments continue. We grant her second Test Entitlement on her seventh payment in July, which she may use at any time. When her Minimum Term ends in January, she cancels before her thirteenth payment. Her twelfth payment completed her second Test Period, so there is nothing further to pay, and she has 90 days from the end of her Plan to use her second test if she has not already done so.
Example 4. A customer is in her second year. Her thirteenth payment starts a new Test Period and grants her a new Test Entitlement. She has her blood taken in month 14 and cancels in month 16, having made four payments in that Test Period. She pays the remaining two payments so that the test is paid for in full, and her Plan ends.
Example 5. Another customer makes her thirteenth to sixteenth payments but does not book her test, and then cancels. She pays nothing further. Payments already made are not refunded, and the unused Test Entitlement lapses when her Plan ends. If she would rather keep the test, she can pay the remaining two payments in that Test Period and book it within 90 days.
When your Plan ends, any unused Test Entitlement whose Test Period you have paid in full remains available to you for 90 days from the date on which the Plan ends. If you book and attend a Blood Draw within that period, we will honour the Test Entitlement. Where your Plan ends during the Minimum Term under clause 6.5 or clause 7.1, any Test Entitlement you have already been granted remains available on the same basis.
After the Minimum Term, a Test Entitlement for a Test Period you have not paid in full lapses when your Plan ends, unless you choose to pay the remaining payments under clause 9.3.
After 90 days, any unused Test Entitlement lapses. A Test Entitlement has no cash value at any time and is not refundable.
You keep access to your results, reports and history after your Plan ends. Ending a Plan does not delete your account or your data. Our Privacy Policy explains how to request deletion.
You may cancel by emailing info@hysteron.co.uk from the email address registered to your account and stating that you wish to cancel, or by using the cancellation option in your account settings where it is available to you. We will confirm your cancellation by email.
We will make cancellation no more difficult than joining.
You may reschedule your appointment by contacting Nationwide Pathology's bookings team directly, using the contact details provided when you book. Rescheduling does not use a Test Entitlement.
If we fail to provide the Services as described, or with reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to a repeat performance, a partial or full refund, and, where the failure is significant, to end your Plan during the Minimum Term. Please contact info@hysteron.co.uk so that we can resolve the matter.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the law of the United Kingdom, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
We will email you:
when a Test Entitlement is granted, so that you know you can book.
before the end of any Introductory Offer period.
at least 30 days before any change to your price takes effect.
at least once in every six-month period, to remind you that your Plan is active, what you are paying, when your next payment is due, how many Test Entitlements you hold and how to cancel.

The Services integrate with third-party services, including our payment processor, our laboratory partner, clinics and mobile phlebotomists. Where you enter into a separate agreement with a third party, such as Klarna, that third party's terms and privacy practices apply to that agreement, and we are not responsible for them.
Clause 8.3 sets out our responsibility for the clinic, phlebotomy and laboratory providers who deliver part of the Services on our behalf.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of the Services, please contact us at info@hysteron.co.uk. We will investigate and respond to you as soon as reasonably possible. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policy referred to in them, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hysteron in relation to the Services.
If a court or other competent authority finds any provision of these Terms to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
If we do not enforce a provision of these Terms, or delay in doing so, that does not waive the provision or our right to enforce it later.
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to another person without our written consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation. If we do, we will tell you, and we will ensure that the transfer does not reduce your rights under these Terms. If you are unhappy with the transfer, you may end your contract and we will refund any payment made for Services not yet provided.
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations that is caused by an event outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, industrial action, failure of public utilities or telecommunications networks, or government action. If such an event occurs, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and take reasonable steps to minimise the delay.
